Snatch Balance x 3 Reps

 

*Focus on speed and range of motion

 

 

 

B. "Icy Hot"

2 Rounds:

21 Overhead Squats (75/55#)
21 C2B Pull-ups       (sub. jumping C2B Pull-ups)
21 Power Snatch (75/55)
21 Burpees Over-the-Bar

 

 

C. Mobility 5-10 minutes
