30 Double Unders (or DU attempts!)

10 Ring Rows

 

  + Today's Warm-up Movements:

          *Lizard Stretch (lunge w/same elbow on ground) x :30 each 

 

 

A. Back Squat, Front Squat OR Overhead Squat (same lift you've been doing)

Find a new 5RM!

*Suggested rep scheme: 5-2-2-2-5-5 (add weight each time until max, less attempts can be taken if so desired)

*Please be mindful of the time and try to finish within 15 minutes

400 Meter Run

21 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

12 Pull-ups
