12 Singles -- rest about 90 seconds between attempts

 

Build over the 12 sets to today's heavy.

 

 

B. “DT”

5 Rounds:

12 Deadlifts (155/105)

9 Hang Power Cleans (155/105)

6 Push Jerks (155/105)

 

Compare Scores to 12/24/18 or 4/11/18

 

 

C. Buy-Out

Trap Release x 1:00 each

Hamstring stretch x 2:00 each
