NO CLASSES AT THE GYM TODAYBELOW IS A HOME WOD

 

Warm-up:

Jog or Jumprope for 5 minutes

Lightly stretch arms/shoulders, hamstrings, hips, quads

 

 

 

 

A. “Stocking Stuffer”

4 Rounds:

15 Burpees

20 Sit-Ups

25 Air Squats

 

 

 

 

B. Mobility and Maintenance

* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them. (Posters or YouTube videos)

* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.

* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.

Friday 12/27- Monday 12/30 Normal classes

Tuesday 12/31 7:00am + 9:00am only
