A. Pause Front Squat:

Build to a heavy 2

Pause for 2 seconds in the bottom

 

 

 

B. Hang Squat Clean
Build to a heavy single

 

 

C. “Dirt Nap”

3 Rounds for time: 

15 Hang Squat Cleans (115/75)

15 Lateral Barbell Burpees

 

 

 

D. Buy-Out

Quad Smash x 2:00 each

Pec Smash x 2:00 each
