Weekly Warm-Up: 10 min. AMRAP

  + Today's Warm-up Movements:

          *Burgener Clean Warm-Up

          *Barbell Split Jerk x 5 

 

 


A. Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets) of:

Hang Clean + Jerk - 2x (1 + 1)

 

Start around 65% of your 1-RM Clean & Jerk and build over the course of the 8 sets to something heavy for today.

 

 

B.  “Rush Hour”

On the 4:00 x 5 Rounds:

20/14 Calorie Bike

10 Lateral Barbell Burpees

5 Power Cleans (135/95)

 

 

C. Buy-Out

Pec Smash x 2:00 each

Trap Smash x 2:00 each
