Mobilize - Passthroughs

20 Calorie Bike

High Knees

Floor Touches

20 Hollow Rocks

20 Supermans

10 Squat Jumps

10 Push Ups

10 Burpees

  + Today's Warm-up Movements:

          *Inchworm x 10

          *KB Swings x 15

 

 

 

A. Four sets of:

Deadlift x 3-5 reps @ 20X1   (*Try to go 5-10# heavier than last Tuesday)

Rest 20 seconds

Tall Box Jumps x 5 reps  (land as high and soft as possible, then step down, reset and repeat – the goal is to jump as high as possible on every repetition)

Rest 3 minutes

 

 

B. “Helen”

3 Rounds:

400 Meter Run

21 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

12 Pull-ups

C. Buy-Out:

Foam Roll Hips x 1:00 each

Foam Roll Glutes x 1:00 each
