Shoulder Press x 3-4 reps

 

*Go as heavy as possible!

 

 

B.  “El Niño”

For Time:

1 Mile Run

50 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35)        (alternate arms as desired)

400 Meter Wreck Bag Run (50/35)

30 Pull-ups

20 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)

 

 

C. Buy-Out

Pec Smash x 2:00 each

Calf Stretch x 1:00 each
