Classes:

Monday - Friday 6:15 am, 9 am, 5:30 pm

Saturday 8 am

Open Gym:

Monday - Friday 7-9 am, 10 am-12 pm

Please stay home if you are showing any of the following symptoms:

  • Cough,

  • Shortness of breath, 

  • Chills, 

  • Fever, or 

  • Sneezing with nasal discharge. 

Gym Announcements

*Memorial Day “MURPH”

    Come at 8:00 on Monday, May 25 to participate in the traditional MURPH WOD! 

 

This workout is open to the public- bring your friends and family!! 

(There will be options to do scaled or team versions of the WOD and we will be sure to keep our 6 ft distance)
