This means having different and diverse bodyweight and free-weight workouts every day, during which you can push yourself as hard or as conservatively as you want. It is a training method for truly everyone

REAL LIFE APPLICATION: The beauty of cross-training is that the workouts are comprised of movements that directly translate into real life movements. Want to be more efficient at picking up a bag of potting soil? Practice power cleans. Unloading groceries from your car? Try farmer's carries. Getting up safely after laying on the floor? Do burpees! Cross-training can help you live a happier, healthier life!

MORE DEXTROUS: There are many movements in cross-training that are simple in concept but challenging in execution. You'll improve your mind-body connection, as well as your balance, agility, quickness, and coordination. A way to challenge yourself physically and mentally

MORE LEAN: Appropriately  engaging in cross-training not only spikes your heart rate for sustained amounts of time, but it also leads to gaining muscle. More muscle mass leads to a higher resting energy expenditure, meaning your body will burn more calories whether you are reading a book or doing pull-ups. Whether your goal is weight loss, weight gain, or weight maintenance, cross-training can help you!
