About Us

Our programming is based mostly on functional movement.  The Primal Mountain Strength and Conditioning program will help you develop the physical fitness that allows you to function at the highest overall capacity.  We also incorporate the best in the field of strength and conditioning as well as optimal movement.  We are much more than your local "gym", we teach you the art of fitness. 

 

All of our trainers have received comprehensive training and instruction form the Primal Mountain founders, Dr. Jacob Egbert (Board Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician) and Rob Leishman (primal outdoorsmanship expert).

We believe this creates the most well balanced athlete and will help you excel in all of your endeavors.  If you want competition, we have that.  If you don't, we have that too.  Our workouts are measured frequently which allows you to track your progress in the areas above and watch it increase over time.  And you WILL see progress!
