*Bench Press x 6-8 reps (2 seconds up)

WOD

3 Total sets of:

*in 90 sec. complete 9 burpee box jumps + max strict HSPU

*rest 30 sec.

*in 90 sec. complete 9 burpee box jumps + max strict pull-ups

*rest 30 sec.

*in 90 sec. complete 9 burpee box jumps + max toes-to-bar

*rest 30 sec.

Group Cool-down

*3 shoulder stretches (use mobilitywod posters for reference)

*Foam roll, Stretch and hold for 60 seconds each: quads, IT band

*Socialize
