*Round 3- 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats

2 Sets of:

*Run 800m/Row 1000m

*rest 3 minutes

Group Cool-down

*Foam roll

*Stretch and hold for 60 seconds each: quads, gluteal group, hips

*Socialize
