400m Run (together)

100 Thrusters (95/65)

400m Run (together)

100 Pull-ups

400m Run (together)

100 Push-ups

400m Run (together)

100 Sit-ups

Group Cool-down

Foam roll

Stretch and hold for 60 seconds each: glutes, shoulders, hamstrings
