Strength/Accessory Work: (everyone)

-Single-Arm DB/KB Row x 6-8 reps

rest 90 sec.

-Hollow hold or L-sit x 45-60 sec. (accumulated)

rest 90 sec.


10 rounds for time:

In teams of 2, with one partner working at a time, alternate to complete full rounds of:

100m Run

10 Deadlifts (135/95)


Foam Roll

Stretch and hold for 60 seconds each: shoulders, hamstrings, hips
