In teams of 3, alternate full rounds until each partner has completed 10 rounds:

6 Burpees

9 Goblet Squats

24 Double-Unders

(Partner A does workout, Partner B does plank hold, Partner C rests)

*Cool-down

Foam roll

Stretch and hold for 60 seconds each: quads, lower back, hips

Socialize
