B. 3 Rounds for time:
30 Hang Power Cleans (115/80#)
30 Wallballs (20/14#)
30 Calorie Row

 

 

C. 5-10 minutes Mobility Work

Foam roll and stretch wherever you feel tight/sore

 

 

D. Homework! Hip Mobility for Improved Squatting Tomorrow
