Handstand Push-ups

We are looking for a moderate load on the barbell that we could complete the first 21 repetitions unbroken on, if we went for it. On the handstand pushups, unless you are looking to compete in the sport of CrossFit, we are all about completing these handstand pushups strict. Substitute with L-seated KB Press or Wall Walks.
