A. 8 min. EMOM Power Clean + Squat Clean

at moderately heavy weight

B. Teams of 3: 15 min. AMRAP

1- Run 200m

2- MAX Power Cleans (95/65#)

3- Rest

*Partners will rotate through the 3 stations for 15 minutes. They will switch when the runner returns from their 200m. The score is total Power Cleans.

C. Group Mobility/Stretching/Socializing Lats/Traps/Calves
