            *Burgener Snatch Warm-up

 

           

 

A. “Upper Deck”

Overhead Squat – Build to a Heavy Single

Snatch Balance – Build to a Heavy Single

Power Snatch + OHS – Build to a Heavy Single

*Be sure to rest 1-3 minutes between reps

 

 

B. 2k Row
Test for the PR Board

*Must count down on the rower

 

 

 

C. Group Mobility/Stretching/Socializing

Shoulders/Hips
