A. Front-Rack hold

5 x 5 seconds at 100% of Front Squat 1RM

*focus on elbows up, tight back, tight core

B. “Heartbreak Kid”

3 Rounds:

10 Front Squats (155/105)

10 Strict Pull-ups

50 Double or single-unders

C. Group Mobility

**We are hosting an open house this week for Functional Mobility Classes (FRC) taught by USU Assistant Strength & Conditioning coach, Joey Bergles.

There are two class options: Thursday @7:15pm or Saturday @7am. This open house is FREE! Come and bring your family and friends! After this week, classes will cost $.
