*5-Way shoulder stretch

*Hip swings x 10 each way

A. 5 sets of:

5 Strict/Negative Pull-ups (weighted if possible)

5 High Box Jumps

B. “Dip Stick”

AMRAP 15:

15 Box Jump Overs (24/20″)

12 Push-ups

9 V-ups/GHD's

C. Group Mobility

Pecs/Quads/Hips

**We are hosting an open house this week for Functional Mobility Classes (FRC) taught by USU Assistant Strength & Conditioning coach, Joey Bergles.

There are two class options: Thursday @7:15pm or Saturday @7am. This open house is FREE! Come and bring your family and friends! After this week, classes will cost $.
