**We are hosting an open house this week for Functional Mobility Classes (FRC) taught by USU Assistant Strength & Conditioning coach, Joey Bergles.

There are two class options: Thursday @7:15pm or Saturday @7am. This open house is FREE! Come and bring your family and friends! After this week, classes will cost $.

Please RSVP to Class sizes are limited, and walk-in's will only be allowed if class size permits.
