2 Rounds:

200 Meter Run

400 Meter Run

600 Meter Run

Work/Rest with a partner… 2 full rounds each

(partner A runs 200m while partner B rests, partner B runs 200m while partner A rests; partner A runs 400m while partner B rests, etc.)

*Weight vest optional

B. Buy-out

2-3 sets of:

10 Hanging Leg Raises (see video- can do prep as scaled version)

10 Hammer Curls

10 Reverse Lunges w/KB in Goblet

C. Group Mobility/Stretching/Socializing

Calves/Hips/Quads

***Come do "Murph" on Monday at 8am!!
