Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups

DB Push Press (35’s/20’s)

50′ Back Rack Sandbag Forward Lunges (50/35)

 

 

C. Buy-Out
Hollow Body Roll to Superman x 10 each way (or Hollow Hold + Superman Hold :45 each)

Then,

Foam Roll Lats x 60 seconds each side
