Mobilize - Passthroughs

Three touches

High knees

Toe touches

10 kb swings

20 mountain climbers

10 burpees

5 pull ups

 

  + Today's Warm-up Movements:

          *Jerk Balance x 8

           *Burgener Clean Warm-up

           

 

A. Clean High Pull

3 x 3- all at the same weight

- as heavy as possible

- Rest 2-3 minutes between sets

 

 

 

B. “Jump Street”

3 Rounds:

400 Meter Run

15 Clean and Jerks (115/75)

75 Double-Unders (150 Single-Unders)

 

 

C. Buy-out
Single-Arm DB Row x 8 each arm @2111

then,

 

Trap recovery (with tennis/lacrosse balls or barbell)
