- as heavy as possible

- Rest 2-3 minutes between sets

B. “Jump Street”

75 Double-Unders (150 Single-Unders)

C. Buy-out Single-Arm DB Row x 8 each arm @2111

then,

Trap recovery (with tennis/lacrosse balls or barbell)
