A. Back Squat

5 x 3 @ 75%

 

 

B. “Double Dip”

AMRAP 15:00

50 Double Unders (100 Single Unders)

18 Push-Ups

15 Dumbbell Hang Squat Cleans (50/35)

 

 

C. Buy-out

Dumbbell Flys 3 x 10

Then,
