B.“Walking Dead”

60 Double Unders (120 Single-Unders)

150’ Walking Lunge

15 Deadlifts (185/135)

 

 

C. Buy-Out

Hanging Leg Raise x 20 reps

Then,

Calf  Smash with Ball, PVC, or Barbell
