A. Bear Complex

In just 3 sets, get to as heavy as possible

        

*Bear Complex: Power Clean + Front Squat + Push Press + Back Squat + Push Press

 

 

B. “Always Remembered”

Teams of 2: (Partition reps as desired)

Buy-In: 2001 Meter Row

4 rounds:

9 Rope Climbs

11 Bear Complexes (115/75)

Cash-Out: 2977 Meter Row

 

 

C. Buy-Out

Supine Leg Lifts x 30 reps

then,

5- Way Shoudlers x :60 seconds each
