(Pause for 2 seconds at the bottom of the lift- Keep muscles engaged!)

Front Squat – 5 sets of 3 

 

 

B. “Doubled Over”

AMRAP 8:

15 Abmat Sit-Ups

30 Double Unders (60 Single Unders)

 

 

C. Buy-out
GHD Back Extensions x 40 reps
Saddle Stretch x :60
