Weekly Warm-Up: 10 min. AMRAP

    + Today's Warm-up Movements:

             *Lat Stretch x :20 each side

              *Burgener Clean Warm-Up

               

 

A. 3 Position Cleans

8 x 1 Every Minute on the Minute

Start at 65% and build over the 8 sets       

 

 

B. “Undertow”

5 Rounds:

200 Meter Run

30 Double Unders (60 Single Unders)

9 Hang Squat Cleans (115/75)

 

 

C. Buy-Out

Side Plank w/hip drop x :45 each side

then,

Vertical Column Side Stretch x :40 seconds each side
