A. Deadlift

10 Minutes

Build to 1RM

 

 

B. “Tine”

3 Rounds:

500 Meter Row

12 Deadlifts (185/135)

15 Box Jumps (24/20)

 

 

C. Buy-Out

Kettlebell Windmills x 15 each

Then, 

Unglue Your Hamstrings! (with whatever method you want) x :60 seconds each
