400 Meter Run

100 Double Unders (200 Single Unders- or scale up with a 100m Sled Push)

12 Squat Cleans (115/80)

C. Buy-out

Heavy Dumbbell Shrugs x 12 2 Minutes of foam rolling wherever you need it
