Weekly Warm-Up: 10 min. AMRAP   

  + Today's Warm-up Movements:

           *Floor Touches x 20

            *Wall Squat x 10 

 

 

 

A. Back Squat

3 x 8 all at the same weight (the 7th and 8th squats should be hard)

 

 

 

B. “Ball Hogs”

AMRAP 20:

Teams of 2:

3 Wall Balls (20/14)

3 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

3 Calorie Row

 

Next round is 6’s, then 9’s, etc…

Partners complete full rounds (each partner has to do a round of 3, and 6, etc)

 

 

C. Buy-Out

Accumulate 50 V-ups

Banded Hamstring Stretch x :60 each
