*1 Round of “Cindy”: 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Air Squats

*Partners alternate ABA - BAB- etc (so first round, partner A will do the row, rest, then 3 rounds of cindy; second round, partner A will rest, run 400m, then rest)
