10 Wreckbag Zercher Reverse Lunges (50/35)

10 Wreckbag to Shoulder (50/35) ("CLEAN")

20 Lateral Wreckbag Hops

200 Meter Run

 

*Relay style. Athlete 2 can start once athlete 1 leaves for the run. ​

 

 

B. Buy-Out

Banded Lat Pull Downs x 30 total

Couch Stretch x :90 each
