7 Rounds For Time:

7 Handstand Push-Ups

7 Thrusters (135/95 lb)

7 Knees-to-Elbows

7 Deadlifts (245/165 lb)

7 Burpees

7 Kettlebell Swings (70/50 lb)

7 Pull-Ups

 

*Please scale, modify, or cut back however you need to!!!

 

 

C. Mobility and Maintenance

*Foam roll upper and lower body for at least 2 minutes each

*Drink lots of water

*Eat lots of food!

*Sleep lots
