Weekly Warm-Up: 10 min. AMRAP

    + Today's Warm-up Movements:

            *Inchworm x 10

           *Single-leg KB Deadlift x 10 each side

 

 

A.​ Deadlift, Clean OR Snatch (you get to choose, but it is recommended that you will stick with the same lift for the next 8 weeks)

Build to 2RM

*Please be mindful of the time and stay within 10-15 minutes 

 

 

B. “Downpour”

3 Rounds:

500 Meter Row

12 Power Cleans (155/105) (95/65)

50 Double Unders/100 Single Unders

 

 

C. Buy-Out

Trap release x 2:00 each

Single-leg forward fold x 1:00 each
