A. EVERY 2 MINUTES for 2 sets:

1- GHD Back extensions x 15 (or Supermans x 30)

2- Single Arm Dumbbell Row x 6 @ 2111 (do both arms)

3- Prone Plank Hold x 60 seconds (on the elbows)

 

 

B. “Whip Lash”

5 Rounds:

1:00 Calorie Bike

1:00 Pull Ups

1:00 Double Unders

1:00 Rest

 

Score is MAX reps

 

 

C. Buy-Out

5 Way Shoulders x 2:00 each
