100-Foot Bottom’s Up Kettlebell Carry – 50-foot each arm

Rest 45 seconds

Prone Plank Hold x 60 seconds

Rest 45 seconds

 

 

 

 

B. “Peg Leg”

5 Rounds:

27 Air Squats

21/15 Calorie Bike OR 200m Run

15 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

 

 

C. Buy-Out
