Weekly Warm-Up: 10 min. AMRAP

    + Today's Warm-up Movements:

            *Double Under OR Handstand skill work for 5 minutes

 

 

A.​ Deadlift, Clean OR Snatch (SAME lift from last week)

3 x 2 @ 98% of 2RM

*Do warm up reps as needed and then all sets at the same weight

 

 

B. “Detention”

AMRAP 12:00

6 Strict Handstand Push-ups   (6 Dumbbell Strict Press (35/25))

9 Deadlifts (225/155)    155/105)

30 Double Unders   60 Single Unders

 

 

C. Buy-Out

Glute Smash x 2:00 each

Calf Smash x 1:00 each
