- 100m Farmer Carry (Push the weight- no stopping)

- Plank x :45-60

B. “Smooth Criminal”

AMRAP 15:00

60 Double Unders (120 Single Unders)

30 Wallballs (20/14)

15 Deadlifts (245/165) (165/115)

C. Buy-Out

Calf Smash w/PVC x 2:00 each (everyone please do this- especially if you are having any shin splints!)

Forward Fold Stretch x :30 each
