    + Today's Warm-up Movements:

           *Hollow Rock/Holds x :45

            *5 minutes of gymnastics play/skill practice

 

 

 

A. Bench Press

5 x 3

*Warm-up, then keep all 5 sets above 80% of 1RM

 

 

 

B. “Slasher”

AMRAP 13:00

50 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35)

40 Burpees

30 Toes to Bar   (Knees to Elbows or V-ups)

20 Kipping Handstand Push-ups  (Hand Release Push Ups)

 

 

 

C. Buy-Out

5 Way Shoulders x 1:00 each
