*Deadbugs x 20

A. 3 Sets of:

– Posted Single-Leg Deadlifts x 8-10 reps @ 3011 (EACH leg)

– Barbell Hip Thrusts x 6-7 reps @ 20X1 (w/weight used last week – or around 70-80% of your 1-RM Deadlift)

– Reverse Snow Angels x 20 reps (slow and controlled)

B. “Sugar Daddy”

21-15-9:

Deadlifts (225/155) (155/105)

400 Meter Run (50/35 cal bike- if rainy)

C. Buy-Out

Banded Hamstring Stretch x 1:00 each

Quad Smash or Couch Stretch x 2:00 each
