Teams of 3. Change every 250 Meters.
- 12 Rounds for time: 400 Meter Run 21 Kettlebell Swings (50/35) 12 Pull-Ups
Teams of 2. Alternate complete rounds to perform 6 rounds each.
If you’re performing this without a partner, rest exactly the same amount of time that it took you to perform the previous round, then start your next.
