– Single Leg Glute Bride Hold x :30 each leg

– Rotational Medball Throws x :30 each side (at wall or with partner)

B. "Jelly Belly"

For Time:

50-40-30-20-10: AbMat Sit-Ups

25-20-15-10-5: Calorie Bike

10-8-6-4-2: Deadlifts (185/135)

C. Buy-Out

Forward Fold Stretch x 2:00

Foam Roll wherever you hurt x 3:00
