A. Back Squat

1- 5 reps @70-74%

2- 5 reps @75-79%

3- 3 reps @80-84%

4- 2 reps @85-89%

5- 2 reps @90-94%

6- 1 rep @95%+ (to max)

 

 

B. “Jack Squat”

21-15-9:

Front Squat (135/95)

Kettlebell Swings (70/53)

400 Meter Run

 

 

C. Buy-Out

Calf Smash w/PVC x 1:00 each

Quad Smash x 1:00 each
