Low Hang Snatch + Snatch

*Pull from floor and pause 2" below the knee, Snatch, drop, reset and snatch from floor

 

 

B. “Over and Out”

20 Power Snatches (95/65)

20 Lateral Barbell Burpees

20 Overhead Squats (95/65)

20 Lateral Barbell Burpees

20 Power Snatches (95/65)
