Weekly Warm-Up

  + Today's Warm-up Movements:

          *Barbell Complex x 2 sets (all from the hang position)

          -Romanian Deadlift x 3

          -Clean Pulls x 3

          -Muscle Cleans x 3

          -Front Squat x 3

          -Hang Squat Clean x 3

 

 

A. Clean

Take 15 minutes to build to a heavy-ish clean (or max if you feel good!)

 

 

B. “Liquid Cocaine”

5 Rounds:

5 Power Clean and Jerks (155/105)

10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups

 

 

C. Buy-Out

Trap Smash x 1:00 each

Lat Stretch x 1:00 each
